Insurance coverage for Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) is dependent upon the insurance company as well as your specific insurance plan. Please contact your insurance regarding your specific medical nutrition therapy benefits. My office does not verify insurance coverage, file insurance claims, or accept insurance cards. Instead, you will be provided with a superbill, an invoice that includes the appropriate medical nutrition therapy codes, which you can file with your insurance provider. Your insurance provider will then reimburse you directly based on your plan’s MNT benefits. More and more clients are opting to use their Health Savings Account (HAS) or Medical Flex Spending account funds to pay for MNT. Payment is expected at the beginning of each nutrition session. Cash, checks, and all major credit cards (Master Card, Visa, and American Express) are accepted.

Initial Assessment and Follow-Up
• Initial Assessment/Consult (60 to 90 minute appointment) = $150*
• In-Home Travel Fee (travel to your home) = $50

Additional Follow-Up Sessions:
• One 15-20 Minute Session $35
• One 30 Minute Session $60
• One 30 to 45 Minute Session $85
• One 45 to 60 Minute Session $100
