“Mrs. Carol Brannon was the first person who REALLY helped me get my little boy on the road to "recovery" from autism. Her dietary and supplement interventions worked wonders on him immediately and now almost 2 years later he has made such huge strides. We worked together through phone calls and emails since we were so far apart but she came through for me every time I needed something. She went above and beyond for us and I'll never forget it! She is great!”

“I found Carol Ann after I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes. My insurance company would only send me to a group class that was more like a beginning health class. I wanted expertise and personal attention. Carol Ann gave me that plus a whole lot more. From the minute I met her, I felt like a family member she genuinely wanted to help. She asked me about me and developed an eating plan that fit into my lifestyle. She makes herself available via email and phone, and is open to answering all my out-of-the-norm questions. I recommend her to everyone I know and would never consider using anyone else.”

“Carol has the ability to take your lifestyle and make it healthier. She takes the time to listen to your needs and goals, then she will work with you on a plan to accomplish your goals, then she will work with you on a plan to accomplish your goals. Not only does Carol have the knowledge and experience to help you get healthier, she cares about her patients and really wants them to succeed.”

“We are serving C. most of the same things that we eat at our meals now. She still has her reservations about steak but will eat hamburger, chicken, etc…She loves broccoli and eats it often. Tonight she had about ½-3/4 C of steamed broccoli with butter on it (although she will eat it readily without). She will eat pastas with a variety of sauces, pizza and rice now as well. She is even venturing in to sandwiches. I still have had no luck with dipping, however, I think we have accomplished most of our objectives without it. She is now curious about food, instead of being fearful. She quite often pulls food off our plates (particularly salad items) as she is interested in trying-even if she doesn’t like something, she usually swallows it. We are very pleased with her success.”

“Having the support of a good nutritionist made all the difference in the world for us. There are so many factors to consider when looking at meals, food intolerances and vitamin/mineral and omega-3 fatty acid supplements. On my own, I was overwhelmed and felt that changing our diet was too difficult. I did not know where to start, so I did not. After working with Carol Ann, a caring and supportive nutritionist, I realized that EVERYTHING did not have to change at once. She helped me prioritize our issues and supported me step by step making the process so manageable. I learned how to plan meals and prepare food in a way that worked for me and my family.”

“Carol worked with my six year old son (who has Down Syndrome) on his feeding issues. Not only was she patient with him and eager to try innovative methods to help, she was also very helpful to me as his parent. She was always generous with her time and knowledge. My son made great progress under her care. Try Carol, I promise you won't regret it!”

“Carol Brannon saw me and worked with me on my diet, nutrition and made me understand how to change my eating habits. My dr. had said I was diabetic but I was determined to change my eating, exercise more and change my habits! So far 9 lbs gone. I would recommend Carol! M.T.”
